An Experiment

I went to Mother Goose today to check out the newer skins.. and up at the top near the lucky boards.. which by the way it’s pretty easy just to go in and snag a skin.. there was this skin called Lene.

I did not like how it went with my shape so I took one of the shapes from the shape library and began tweaking and playing around and I came up with a shape that I found acceptable to wear with the skin. The first time that I’ve ever really done that and it was rather fun.

So, if you want this shape for your own.. I will send it to the first five of you that comment here to try out to see if there is any interest when I am done tweaking it (probably by tomorrow).

I’ve thought here and there about trying to make shapes to sell.. and if you would like this one I will send it you as a gift if you are one of the first five. Only catch is.. is that you tell me what you like and don’t like about it.

I am also wearing a layer of freckles in this post from L.Fauna. The FREE and awesome Lene skin from the Mother Goose Lucky board. New hair from Truth and the bikini is an old one from Reek. My eyes are from Insufferable Dastard.

FREE Hair!

There is free hair right now in the group notices at Vaughans House of curiosities. Bobbie Pin Porn in Brown is now free in the group notices celebrating the brand new main store location at Osaka.

There are also a few new colors instead of black. Miss Vaughan has added Red, brown and blond all of an amazing low price of 93L per style/color or for the fat pack just 279L – You get a free hair and all the colors for fatpacking it. Lelutka gives us Hadley (group gift)

I was pleasantly surprised to find a group gift from Lelutka in my notices today in the form of this lovely new skin just out from Lelutka called “Hadley”. I believe the group is free to join and it is right there in the notices.

The eyes on the skin are very minimalist so I added on some eyeliner and Lelutka lashes. The lips are untouched and I actually like them glossy and pretty just how they are I just wish that they didn’t seem so pursed on me. I am also wearing Lelutka Hair in Knotted.

The earrings and necklace that I am wearing are new from Earthstones and can be purchased for a very low price at Collabor88. If you have not been to Collabor88 you are seriously missing out on some great deals! My tanktop that you can’t see much of is from Boom also at Collabor88.

The Seasons Hunt

So, Marls and I were doing bits and pieces of the Seasons Hunt yesterday and put this little house together which is one of the fabulous thing that you can get from the hunt. The only thing I bought for these photos was the Nodari Kitchen which goes so well in the house and it was a steal at 200L and I scored the blue rug for free from Molto Bene.

The items featured in this post are the hunt items from L2 where the skybox is from, The Loft, Little Boxes, Nodari, Northwest, Cheeky Pea, Art Dummy, Kari, and I think that I forgot one but this hunt is soo worth doing. This could be a good starter home for someone and you could really add your own touches in here to make it look really great. There is also other furniture in the hunt.. Katya Jhamin did a wonderful post for everything that you can get in the hunt and the slurls. So look at her post too!
