I just felt like doing a look of the day.

I headed over to Small Town Green, which is always changing and is one of my favorite spots for photos. I grabbed some new Lelutka Hair. Skin from Glam Affair – Lindsey @ Jp.Creation. An oldie but goodie tank from Whippet and Buck, a huge but comfy oversized sweater from pumpkin, boots from Maitreya, and these pants were 99L at the (going out of business sale) at Tulip.

This necklace was a gift from my lovely friend Caelan Hancroft of Cae and my poses are from flowey.

Stepping into Fall with Collabor88

Autumn, glorious Autumn – falling into fall is the theme of this Collabor88 that opened today. Many wonderful things to be had!

My favorites so far is this sweater dress and boots from League. I was thrilled to see them in this round and I love sweaters and boots this time of year so – double win. This hair is also at Collabor88 from Exile. Very cute and soft looking Beret to go with it as well. My poses are from an older round of Collabor88 from Flowey.

{Petite Bowtique} makes pretty flannels for fall!

Fall is coming and for me that means pulling out my old favorite soft and worn flannel shirts!

My daughter Ryleigh of {Petite Bowtique} made these cute mesh shirts for the whole family.

I saw her wearing one and I was like you are gonna make those for Mommy to wear too, right? She was like yep and she thought it would be a cute idea to wear them and take a photo together as a family and I cannot say no to that adorable little face! So troops were wrangled in and we found a cute pose from .click. and there you go an adorable Autumn photo and we all match!

Autumn Bridge

I really feel the sense of Autumn in the air lately. I think every September brings a certain nostalgia and I have to smile. I think fall is a magical time and I love fall too in Second Life.

This new dress from ColdLogic is just the perfect thing along with their other newly released items to get you in the SL Fall spirit. The new collection is lovely and so far this is my favorite piece. I am also wearing semi new hair from Truth called Liberty, it is very cute and I love the side pony tail.

I have been wearing one of two skins almost exclusively lately. This skin is the Lilith Skin from Glam Affair. It is very much a friend to the red heads and gingers of SL with these very cute brow options. My pose is from Del May, my tights are from Mon Tissu and my boots are from Maitreya. My necklace is from Maxi Gossamer from Augusts Collabor88.

I <3 Kari..

Menno Ophelia of the Second Life store Kari has made a few lovely new releases lately. Shown in this post are two of the newest; The hand of Fatima necklace and the Turtle Backpack. I love the texture and quality of the items that come from this store. Everything looks so real and fresh and the prices are always reasonable.

I am also wearing a brand new hair from Truth Hawks in Delia. There was a total of five hair releases today by Truth and some very happy ladies on the grid to be able to get their hands on some brand new gorgeous locks. I probably squeed or something when I saw the new styles on flickr this afternoon! Yep, I’m that much of a dork.

I am also wearing some ultra casual PJ’s from Mon Tissu and some Curio skin (Fall/Owl). I hope you are having a great weekend.

Newness from LeeZu!

LeeZu! never fails to amaze me with her new releases. The newest release Sissy is adorable. The tights are some of my favorite now in SL mixing playful floral with sexy fishnet. The Skirt and cardigan are exquisitely made as well and the colors throw a coy nod to Autumn.

Clothes from Leezu! are never a disappointment to me. Every time I go and visit her store I can find something new to fall in love with all over again. The cardigan comes in olive, forest, cream, brown, blue, and black while the linen skirt comes in black, gold, graybrown, and pink. The tights come in black, goblin, green, olive, pink, turquoise, and yellow.

You have ample opportunity to try different color combinations. I tried the ensemble of colors that normally I would not.. but I’m taking a risk here going outside my comfort zone with the golden maize tones and I have to say I love it!

The hair is so far the best mesh hair I’ve seen and it’s made by Lelutka. The Yippie hair while I’m not use to mesh hair was a good experience for me in this shoot as it did not compromise the lines of the jacket or get in the way. I am also wearing the Astrid boots from Slink and poses are from Del May.

The Truth District Fall Sale!

This weekend there is a special event going on at the Truth District.. as in most of the fantabulous designers at the Truth District are taking select items and marking them 50% off for you, how great is that?!? BUT, there is a catch. You must join the Truth District in world group by tonight 12 SLT to avoid paying a fee to be in the group because this weekend (October 8th – October 10th) for the sale the Truth District sim is Truth District group only access.

What I’ve seen so far are offerings from Curio.. there is a special Curio fall skin as shown in the photo above in four different tones for a very special price. This brand new hair from Truth will also be half off in all colors and ladies.. it has ROOTS!!

This dress form MichaMi. Jewelry from League and this brand new Storm boots from Gos in purple with the cutest toes and one of the easiest skin matching systems I’ve seen. Not to mention tons of other things I will try to blog this weekend. The point of this is..You are going to want to be in that group by tonight to avoid paying the group join fee and assure yourself a spot in line. This sale is going to be huge.. like the day after Thanksgiving Huge.. but for SL!!

Collabor88 time!

There are some amazing find over at Collabor88 for its second very successful session. The theme for September focuses on Neons and Neutrals.

Two of my favorite things this month is the hair from Lamb named after my favorite song by the Smith’s. “Girlfriend in a coma” and the fall make me nostalgic. This dress is another favorite new items from Tres Blah. Both Tres Blah and Lamb are new to Collabor88 this month and are already adding such brilliant pieces to the collective whole.

The pose that I used is part of the brilliant pose pack for fifty linden friday from Olive Juice. I love when she does the curvier poses because my AV is a bit chunky and sometimes regular poses just don’t work. Such a steal for those poses, only fifty linden today.

I took this photo over at the Nest and I have to say that if you have not seen it yet there were still some sales today going on and some really awesome stuff to be had and even a gacha event! So if you are looking for something to do get over there and look around. There are also nice spots to take photos.
