It’s been an amazing weekend for Second Life, many events have opened and spring is in the air! One of the events that is a must to check out is Bloom for all things spring. Also, Luxe Box came out – so I’ve felt really happy with all of the new content lately.

I’m so excited about this months Luxe Box! Everyone went above and beyond in my opinion to make this one even better than May’s. I love everything in the box this time. I used everything in the box to make these photos above and below just to give you the idea of the possibilities that the box has for many different looks!
I took the photos in the Skybox by Scarlet Creative which is beautiful. In the box you get the skybox, shoes from Reign, Two different swimsuits, a poolside collection, two fat packs of hair, two dresses with a ton of options, a fat pack of shirts, and a fatpack of skirts.. all for 1500L? REIGN.- Luxe Thigh High Pumps (Maitreya Lara)
The top is fantastic! I’m so pleased with Blueberry. A Blueberry fatpack alone is worth around 1300L. The Reign boots are nice, but I would have preferred something in a heel form, I would expect to pay around 400L for one color of these boots, so the value is up there. The Moon hair, while not my favorite is not so bad if you wear it with a hair base, which you should be doing anyhow but with my Lelutka head it’s a must. This was a variety pack and a good value added to the box.

I love Foxes item for the box. You get several tied shirts which are perfect for summer. This is a high value item to me as well, because this is something I would have bought and would have also wanted the fatpack.

I love the Magika hair, and it is neat that these colors are exclusive. The exclusivity of the items are another place in which you can find good value. I would not normally choose this color of hair for myself but it’s very pretty. The Flowey – Dakota blouse is lovely. It’s super perfect for this box and I adore the colors. This blouse is cottony and perfect for the upcoming summer. It’s super appropriate and comes in many color choices. This shirt was a win for me, I love the lace detail too.

Tres Blah, I love you! This dress was super sweet and right up there on the quality that I expect from Tres Blah. I thought this dress was really sweet and I would have picked it out myself. There are also several different colors to choose from.

In all honesty, the Erratic dress was my least favorite item in the box. It’s still a nice dress but it’s not something that I would have picked out. I think that I was hoping for lingerie so this was a surprise. There are four colors to choose from, which is still a great value.

Tee*fy! I love this dress and it also comes with a top! I would have picked this out for myself and the value is great because it’s like a super fatpack with both dress and top. I couldn’t be more pleased with Tee*fy’s items.
How cute are these Pomeranian’s from Mish Mish? SO CUTE! There are many styles of them included in the Luxe Box. You can have one as a companion or you can rez them all over your home!
This bed from Tarte was just ok for me. The colors are not my style and I love Tarte’s beds normally (my SL bed in my home is from Tarte), but this one was alright – but I may have passed it up to buy. I still think it’s cute though and the Pomeranian’s seemed to love it!
Finally the house from Scarlet Creative:
This house is very cute and I can see myself getting use out of it when it comes to setting up scenes for blogging. It gets creat shadows and the inside is very interesting. I enjoyed getting this house!
Over all this box for me was a win. It was a great experience for me in that it was worth a great deal. I feel totally spoiled! The price was 1000L and you get 12 Presents which is less than 100 linden for each item. So even if you didn’t use everything it’s still a great value to me.
It might not be for everyone, you may not have liked the color choices or a style of something but there are things that are high quality and useable and place the exclusivity factor. You will have a color or style of something that no one else will and in Second Life, and that is not so easy to get. Even if they raised the prices on the Luxe Box, to me it would be worth it.
The only thing that I could suggest for future rounds is to let people know up front what sizes will be included. I use the Maitreya body so I personally had no trouble. I would also have liked to have seen a bottom such as a skirt, pants or shorts. I hope to see even more brands and a variety of items in upcoming boxes, but even if the same ones stayed for future rounds I would still be happy.
I really enjoyed this box and can’t wait for next month’s already!
N-Twenty 1 will open in just a few hours and there are already some really nice things to grab.
I did a simple post this morning wearing this cute little dress from Tee*fy which is in beta fitted for the Maitreya body and I have to say it fits great, I’m not using any alpha on this. The necklace is very pretty and delicate is from (Yummy) and would make an awesome edition to any feminine outfit and this hair is from Little Bones- and I cannot resist an updo but you need to wear a hair base with it I think. The house which I’m posing in front of on the little porch is from Llorisen and I like it very much and it could comfortably fit a small family or someone that wants extra room.

Collabor88’s new round has been open for an entire week now and where are you? Have you been to see all of the items offered for into the light? This little romper suit from Tee*fy is easily my favorite thing this round. It’s fitted mesh and I now love fitted mesh and the little bows on the sides. It’s adorable.
I’m also wearing tights and shoes from Atomic, the Luna skin from Glam Affair and this jewelry set from La Gyo.. I love the pearls and roses that drape down the back. I’m wearing hair from Olive that is not at Collabor88 but I find it to be gorgeous.. it’s called the Steamer hair.
