Betty from Belleza @ The Vintage Fair

The Betty skin line from Belleza which is at the Vintage Fair currently has four skin tones available in the line ranging from Pale to tan. The full release in store will also include Deep Tan and Mocha.

There are 10 makeups and 4 exclusive Vintage Fair makeups. The red and blond hairbase/brows are included with purchase and come on the tattoo layer.

The 4 Vintage fair makeups have all been inspired from different eras – 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s. They are currently on sale at Vintage fair, along with the other 10 makeups. However, the EXCLUSIVE VF skins are being sold for 1,000L$ for each makeup and also include ALL skin tones for that price, this is a special for the event. The Betty skins are 1,200L$ each. 2,000L$ for a line of 5 skins and 3,000L$ for the full pack.

Oh, Miss Betty..

The Fabulous Vintage Fair of 2012 opened yesterday promptly at 4 PM SLT. I have to say, It is worth going and exploring the three sims filled to the brim with sparkling newness.

For instance the kind and very charming Tricky Boucher of Belleza Skins released this new skin called Betty.

It is very much inspired in vintage and has a totally rocking bod that Miss Betty Page would be proud to show off. When I went this morning I saw on the wall that their is a special price for the ladies that modeled for this skin. I bought the Neva, Betty Makeup 0 that comes with a sampling of all skin tones and brows. For 1000L, the deal was too good to pass up and completely well worth it.

The Feathers and poses are from a newly released pose set from Glitterati. I love how fun, sexy and playful they are. The hair is the Veronica hair from Wasabi Pills who in the last few months has become one of my most favorite places for hair in SL.

Mmm Bellbottoms

In the mid seventies before she gave birth to yours truly.. my mom was a hippie. She had this saying that said “Bell Bottom Trousers with buttons made of brass.. loose around the ankles but tight around the ass” Tyr of Aura/Auxiliary a sponsor of/and Vintage Fair creator put this outfit out last night and I fell in love. The belted top is so so so adorable too.

This hair form Wasabi Pills also at the Vintage Fair which opens today at 4SLT is gorgeous. I keep on changing my hair color like crazy but Wasabi Pills makes beautiful reds. The poses in this post are also an offering from the Vintage Fair by Wet Cat, and this house is at the vintage fair too from Vespertine.

Born a Lion

It’s my birthday in 11 minutes and I’ve treated myself to some goodies at the Vintage Fair. First is this dress from ColdLogic. What drew me to this dress was the color and the little frill at the skirt and belt. Then I paired it with Vintage Fair Jewelry and shoes from Kunglers. The hair and poses are from Tuty’s and the sim where I took these photos at is Mayfair.

So yesterday Fameshed started an exciting new round. So far this round I’ve picked up this hair from Wasabi Pills. This silver jewelry set from Maxi Gossamer and this adorable frilled bathing suit from G. Field. I am in love so far. My poses are from Everglow available at the Vintage Fair starting August 4th!

Birthday Cake and The Vintage Fair

This is the first of many Vintage FairPosts from me. I’ve struggled with the last few days to find my inspiration but thankfully I found it hiding somewhere today.

The Vintage Fair this year starts on August 4th which is my birthday.. so Happy Birthday to me on that Day.. and happy shopping day to you!

So before I start telling you about the Vintage Fair, Eaters Coma.. formerly 69 Hair has this cute group gift hair out in all colors and the group join when I joined was free. So hurry up and go track this hair down!

Vintage Fair (from Aug 4th – Aug 29th) will showcase 250+ brands each exploring inspiration from the vintage eras of 1920 – 1980. We will also this year be allowing ‘Antique’ fashions (pre 1920s). With new and exclusive items from every brand involved and music every day. A CHIC Management SL event. It will be held over 3 sims.

This room is from Baffle! It’s a small sky box room with a cute grass floor. It’s nice for taking pictures in. This Furniture cake and the flowers are from Hanaya. My dress is from Geometry who makes dresses that I have come to absolutely adore and my poses are from Everglow and all of this is at the Vintage Fair just waiting to be bought, when the doors open Saturday on my birthday that is!

Vintage Fair Dresses

The Vintage Fair has brought forth some beautiful dresses and this dress above is one from Purple Moon. I love, love love the black lace skirt over the pink. It’s deliciously feminine and and sultry at the same time. I am also wearing a newer release of hair from Truth which I feel compliments this dress.

Also, for a totally different but still hot vintage look there is this more sleek and fitted but still a bit poofy on the top dress from Shiki. I think that this dress is totally adorable and sexy at the same time. For both of these photo’s I’ve used poses found from OooStudios store at the Vintage fair.

Connors makes beautiful things

A rather new to me shop, I discovered last week while at the Vintage Fair. Connors is one of those shops that I think everyone should have a landmark for in their inventory. The prims, the textures and the styling are impeccable. This outfit that I’m wearing became an instant fave.

So What’s Next?

An adorable set of furniture from the Vintage Fair, that’s what! What Next has made an adorable set for the Vintage Fair or retro chairs, table, lamp and photo.. and a TV Camera of sorts seen below.

I am also wearing the new mesh hair from Wasabi Pills that comes with a color changing scarf. Remember though the hair IS mesh and you have to have the right viewer to get it to work. I am also wearing a Kimono from Tres Blah from Collabor88, the Claven Blouse from Whippet and Buck in rose.. and the black mesh skirt from Mon Tissu that is absolutely flawless. My necklace is from Kari.. it’s the Hoot necklace with the color changing eyes and I’m wearing brand new mesh boots from Insolence which are well textured and gorgeous. My eyes are the new Liquid eyes from Ibanez, and my poses are from Del May.

League, Curio and Baffle! At the Vintage Fair.

League is easily one of my favorite stores in Second Life. When I saw this set though from the Vintage Fair.. I knew it had to be mine. I love, love love the texturing on and and over all quality. This is a very beautiful and oh-so sexy lingerie set, just look for yourself.

My skin is from Curio that I’ve worn in a previous post available at the Vintage fair, but I can say with confidence that I am in love with the pouty crimson lips on this one.

Also this bed from Baffle! is my brand new bedroom bed. “Grandma’s bed” from Baffle! at the Vintage fair comes with a few different sleeping/sitting poses and three very cute couple poses. Also on a side note.. Baffle is an impressive pose shop, I don’t know if you have seen it but it is worth an inworld visit. The poses and props are very reasonably priced and well done.
