Shiny Shabby = April

Shiny Shabby has started it’s brand new April round and I put a few things together and decorated this Apple Fall building that will be coming to TAG! Gacha soon.

Shiny Shabby

Shiny Shabby is a brand new event that is opening on Feb 20th, at 12 PM SLT. This landmark to the event will only be good starting tomorrow at 12SLT: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Old%20Lighthouse/235/11/3001

I got a chance to walk around the event and it’s gorgeous. It’s so much bigger too than I thought it would be at first. They do have a website up and you can check that out here: http://shinyshabby.com/

I put together a little room with items from Pixel Mode – The bed, the hutch, the chandelier and the birdcage. Junk has made the chairs, the cane case, the end tables with books in them, the rug, the plant stand and the frame with lights. Keke made the large book stack and the drawer on the left.

I am wearing a dress made by Rowne for Shiny Shabby. New hair from Truth, Shoes from Maitreya, and skin from Glam Affair.

The curtains are new from Half Deer at Collabor88. The home is the Bennett house from Junk.

Mistletoe Kiss

I’ve been using this build from Junk. (that is now out at Fameshed) all weekend to do pics and what not. It’s really the perfect size to either live in or if you are like me.. do pictures in. The couch is new from Pixel Mode and you can get it at Fameshed. The star light is from Floorplan at the Arcade, the lanterns are from Trompe Loeil at the Arcade, and the cup and books is from Erratic – Also at the Arcade. The Mistletoe is from Apple Fall (also at the Arcade). The rug is from last rounds Arcade from Aria.

I also am using some things from the Men’s Dept. This pose is so cute, and it’s from !bang and it’s half off while the Men’s Dept. runs this month. Case is wearing a sweater from Bueno and boots from Animoto (both from the Men’s Dept. too) and his hair is from Damselfly – also at the Men’s Dept.

On Sylvia is a new sweater from Deetalez at Winter Trend, a skirt from Milk Motion and boots from Baiastice. The hair is new from Entwined.

The December Arcade is coming!

I have a sneak peek of some of the items that are coming to the Arcade and first up is this house and this little tree with ribbons and lights which are the rares from Dust Bunny. The little house is so cute and there is enough room to make it your own special little holiday place, and it looks stunning in pictures as well!

I also have used in this photo these adorable wintry animals from Ispachi. There are owls, penguins, a dog and cat, and many more. I love this gacha set and hopefully you will too!

I also used some lit trees and shrugs from Pixel Mode which are at the Liaison Collaborative.

There’s no way that I’ll sleep when you’re near me

I did a little Second Life retail therapy this after noon.

First I stopped by Sad November and picked up this hair from Olive called The Revy. Then because they are really strict about attachments at Sad November, I left in a hurry before getting teleported out and went to Uber and got this super hot lingerie from Erratic. I also picked up this bed from Pixel Mode.

I went on the marketplace and got some new shoes from Nardcotix and to finish everything off I went to Sn@tch and got this tattoo mask that comes in a billion colors. Oh, and this pose is from Flowey.

Ode to Autumn Afternoons

There is a crisp chill in the air in the part of the country that I live in. I like to reflect the seasons in our home in Second Life as well. The Liaison Collaborative has some things that you need to get in touch with the season.

There is a hot tub from Pixel Mode that comes in high and low rez versions as well as adult and pg. There is also a set from Mudhoney with chairs and metallic decorating pumpkins. I used a few odds and ends from stuff that I already had to try to tie things together. If you see something as always, feel free to ask me.

This basin with apples and candles is a must have from Alouette, which is available at the main store.

Coming home

I did a quick mash up of things from two events going on right now. The first is the Liaison Collaborative – The bed, light & side table shown is from Pixel Mode, and the book shelf is from Alouette. I am also using a pose from the event from Ma Vie.

Sylvia is also wearing a dress from Maitreya, hair from Argrace, and shoes from Fri.day.

The second event that is going on is the Men’s Dept. I dressed my male alt Case up in jeans from Amerie and tattoos from Reckless. I also used this bench from Stockholm & Lima to put at the foot of the bed and a chair, and wall hanging from Soy.

Case is also wearing skin from Tableau Vivant, hair from Wasabi Pills and glasses from Kuana.
