I just wanted to do a quick post, to say that I’m very happy to be picked as an Epiphany blogger, and also to remind everyone that the event is coming soon! January 15th to be exact, so mark your calendar!
As this round of N-21 has now come to a close as of April 11th, and you can visit main-shops for anything that you might have missed as soon as they are released! Remember the April Round of N21 is setting up now and will be ready on April 21st around 12SLT for those of you counting down!
In the last week or so I’ve gotten a lot of clutter in my inventory, but the good kind of clutter. With different events opening lately I’m a collector of it.
Uber opened up with a Boho round and junk. made a rug, bench, curtain, feather mobile and candle set. The curtain I love because you can change the front and the back color of it and these curtains are just so pretty. I’m also wearing shorts from Blueberry, and sandals from Pure Poison which you can also get at Uber.
The Arcade is already in full swing and there were many cool clutter sets that you can collect. In this picture I used items from Tres Blah, Second Spaces and Boogers. The house that I am using is the cottage from Dust Bunny.
My hair which is from Damselfly, and my shirt which is from Blueberry are both from Fameshed.
I thank you so much for that Mena. The photo came out just as I wanted it to! If you bug her maybe she will sell you a copy!
I also saw this really cute couch as part of a set from DRD at Burlesque. My outfit and most of the things that I am wearing come from the Sugar Garden booth at Burlesque and they bows on my wrists and legs come from Muka at the event.
My hair is from Wasabi Pills at Fameshed. My sexy ginger model is Pixelated Cyberstar and I believe that most of her out from comes from Gabriel (who is having a bit of a sale right now) and her shoes are from Kauna.
Yesterday, as luck would have it.. Sophia Harlow over at Sacred Fashion sent me an IM and asked if I wanted to pose with her in these new Pixicat dresses that would be coming to Collabor88 tomorrow November the eighth. I was delighted! Because not only am I looking forward to this new round of Collabor88, but I love the chance to pose and take a picture with my beautiful friend.
The Pixicat – Alchemy dresses are great. You can either wear them as a separate skirt and shirt or as a full dress. There are also about 8 color choices. So yeah, I am super excited about this upcoming round. I will show previews as I get them.
I am also wearing hair from Olive, and the Penny skin from Glam Affair which is at the Seasons Story.
I did a quick mash up of things from two events going on right now. The first is the Liaison Collaborative – The bed, light & side table shown is from Pixel Mode, and the book shelf is from Alouette. I am also using a pose from the event from Ma Vie.
Sylvia is also wearing a dress from Maitreya, hair from Argrace, and shoes from Fri.day.
The second event that is going on is the Men’s Dept. I dressed my male alt Case up in jeans from Amerie and tattoos from Reckless. I also used this bench from Stockholm & Lima to put at the foot of the bed and a chair, and wall hanging from Soy.
Case is also wearing skin from Tableau Vivant, hair from Wasabi Pills and glasses from Kuana.
Today the first annual Summer of Beauty Festival opened up featuring make up from several designers that make pretty things for our faces.
Both of these different make ups come from Elymode who has an adorable booth at the fair. I think that they are both absolutely adorable and really jazz up my Leah skin from Glam Affair. With the addition of make up layers the possibilities for your look is endless. The hair in this post is brand new from Truth and a new favorite!!
According to the banner here there will be games, prizes, events and rides. This event is brought to you from Chelle and a.e.meth – Hope to see you there!
The Four Corners event is still going on till the 31st. I’ve poked around in it and have found a few favorites. Featured above is from the “Delightfully Bright” section is the Bravo Collection from MOOD. The set features Diamond encrusted wrist cuffs, two different sets of earrings.. the Diamond ones are the ones shown but there is also a feather set and then there is this darling accent to wear on your shoulder… Diamonds and brightly colored feathers.. what more do you need? You can see the Four Corners event and pick the Bravo Collection from MOOD up here.
For your info.. MOOD Gift cards are also half off until the 1st of January.. Would be great for your last minute Christmas Shopping needs..
Also to be of note.. I have been absolutely MAD for mesh lately. I just love the texturing and the fit to it. Above I’m wearing a Mesh Dress and Boots from Celoe… which fit like an absolute dream with the standard sizing options. Both of my poses in this post are credited to !Bang.
Lucie Bluebird of Embody which sells shapes and poses in Second Life invited me to preview a new venture she was starting in front of her store. It is called the Theme Park and is made of several sign boards with items from different stores from several Second Life Designers.
The Theme Park will run two themed sales events each month, starting on the 1st and the 15th. For each edition, every participating creator will have at least one item that’s priced at L$150 or less AND is at least 50% off the regular price.
The atmosphere is nice and cozy overlooking the sea. There are autumn trees and several benches. Even a hot dog stand and the sounds of as if you were shopping near the shore. I picked up this cute Orange two piece from Elymodes’ booth for free! I also bought a few of the make up items that she had for sale turning me into a sort of Zombie roller girl. I am also using the poses that Embody had put out in my photos.
I had fun in my skates stopping to take a few photos. I even stopped to say hi to Lucie who was very kind and welcoming to a Zombie roller girl like myself. The Theme Park is a cute, small lag free place to shop. But please note that the park is closed for 12 hours on the 14th and last days of each month to prepare for the new edition.
