Arcade is almost here!  Are you excited?  Have you made any big lists yet?  I’m here to show you a beautiful set from Blueberry that is coming to the Arcade.  Mykonos is a beautiful set that is playable to win at the arcade.  There are boots, robs, panties, jewelry and more!  This set is flawless and one of my favorite things this round!  The cloud that I’m laying on is what you win when you play the Blueberry machine 25 times!

The birds that are surrounding me are from Anc, which are also coming the the Arcade and the hair is an old favorite from Argrace.

Happy Monday!

I just wanted to make a post to let you know about the contest that is starting up for the Hair Fair, there are some cool prizes that can be won too. I try to enter it every year (or when I remember) so if you are like me and forget things sometimes I’m here to remind you. The hair that I am wearing is an older hair from Argrace called Saki, and I’m wearing a brand new bikini from Erratic which is at Collabor88. I took my photo at Baja Norte, and my pose actually comes with this hair. Hope to see your photos!

I’m wearing a new dress from Just Because that is available at Fameshed. The dress comes with many color options and also come with panties that are built into the dress. You can control everything in one very handy hud. The hair that I’m wearing is from Argrace and my pose (though a bit modded) is from Infiniti.

Water takes the shape of whatever contains it

Thoughts of you – make my words tie into knots. My thoughts are scattered like these pages that are flying away from me. There were many things that I could have said but didn’t for the sake of being proper. But what is proper or fair about this? – I loved someone that couldn’t love me back.

My words used to be so bold and now they are just ashes, ether. I still get nervous when I talk to you. I still feel what once were butterflies, but they are different now.. the wings are bent and they flutter listlessly like dusty moths around a fading light.

It was foolish, it was everything. It was a mask, a rusted door falling off a hinge.. a broken chair in the middle of the ocean. I wore it for you though, I wore my love just under my breast. So bright I could feel the pulse of it, could feed off of it and now I’m just ready for the world of it to fade away. Washed flush under the waves, the paleness of the the broken and the brunt of it – no more.

Water takes the shape of whatever can hold it, what can carry it – but I can’t hold you here in my heart anymore. I can’t exist on fumes, on vapor. I need more. The chair breaks under the weight of it, the dress bleeds redness into the blue sea. I’m only waiting now for this feeling to fade from a roaring pain to a dull ache.

I’ve always been very drawn to Shibari. When the notecard came about this set from Stockholm & Lima I had to go check it out. You start by dressing, with a click of a button you can get a rope harness and arm and leg cuffs fitted to you by sitting on it. Then you can choose from several poses and ropes fasten to the ring above holding you weightless, floating.

The Liaison Collaborative is starting a new round. The leather and lace round will end on March 10th so that gives you plenty of time to get in there and pick up some new and sexy items.

This corset and headpiece from L’Enfant Terrible is one of my favorite things this round as well as these heels that come with stockings from CerebusXing which come in an array of colors. This chaise is from Sways, and this corset chair in the photo is from Stockholm and Lima. This pose, also at TLC this round is from Rack Poses.

Feeling Festive

I just wanted to do a little post on my blog to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season. I hope that your year has treated you well and I hope that if you are reading this you have a smile on your face!

This is a small look into my home in Second Life and some of the things that I like to do. I love to bake, take naps, decorate my tree and wrap presents! Many of the items in my home are from my favorite furniture stores.

I love Junk..well because I work for them but they also make great items! I also like getting little things at the Arcade – I loved Dust Bunny’s set and 8f8 this year. I love the tree that Laq Home Decor released last year as well as this fun ladder tree from Botanical and the Dust Bunny one. Our home in Second Life this year has many trees!

I also have things in the house from Boogers!, Floorplan, Dysfunctional Designs, Trompe Loeil, Mudhoney, Alouette, Mish Mish, and a bunch of others. If you see something you love here don’t hesitate to ask where it’s from! Do stay for a cookie too.

I did a quick mash up of things from two events going on right now. The first is the Liaison Collaborative – The bed, light & side table shown is from Pixel Mode, and the book shelf is from Alouette. I am also using a pose from the event from Ma Vie.

Sylvia is also wearing a dress from Maitreya, hair from Argrace, and shoes from Fri.day.

The second event that is going on is the Men’s Dept. I dressed my male alt Case up in jeans from Amerie and tattoos from Reckless. I also used this bench from Stockholm & Lima to put at the foot of the bed and a chair, and wall hanging from Soy.

Case is also wearing skin from Tableau Vivant, hair from Wasabi Pills and glasses from Kuana.

A Picnic at Collabor88 – Flowey style!

Collabor88 opens tomorrow and so far some of the things that I have been seeing for this round are absolutely wonderful. I know that I probably say that for every round but – I swear each round for me gets better and better!

In these photos I’m using the “Self Picnic” poses and prop from Flowey that come with a wearable square of picnic grass with watercolor stained base in a few different colors to choose from – and this is suitable for your own private picnic anywhere, no rezzing required! You simply add this and it comes with 8 sitting poses so that you are immediately ready to take photos. To go between the photos you simple touch the base.

I’m wearing a brand new dress from Maitreya for this round, and a rose flower crown from Glam Affair. Both of these will also be available all month at Collabor88 starting later on at 12 SLT AM.

I am also wearing new hair from Argrace and eyes from Ikon. The little flower in my hand is from The Secret Store from the last Arcade
