Oh, Miss Betty..

The Fabulous Vintage Fair of 2012 opened yesterday promptly at 4 PM SLT. I have to say, It is worth going and exploring the three sims filled to the brim with sparkling newness.

For instance the kind and very charming Tricky Boucher of Belleza Skins released this new skin called Betty.

It is very much inspired in vintage and has a totally rocking bod that Miss Betty Page would be proud to show off. When I went this morning I saw on the wall that their is a special price for the ladies that modeled for this skin. I bought the Neva, Betty Makeup 0 that comes with a sampling of all skin tones and brows. For 1000L, the deal was too good to pass up and completely well worth it.

The Feathers and poses are from a newly released pose set from Glitterati. I love how fun, sexy and playful they are. The hair is the Veronica hair from Wasabi Pills who in the last few months has become one of my most favorite places for hair in SL.

Pink Dots

The Secret Store recently released this adorable mesh dress in an array of adorable colors and prints. I love the collar, buttons and the shape of the dress. I paired it up with some cute tights from MStyle and shoes from Lelutka. The ring is from LaGyo. My poses in this post are from Glitterati @ Zodiac.

Bleached @ Collabor88

This round of collabor88 makes me think of water, the ocean and of course the beach, all of which I love. Kyoot has this adorable dress that is part mesh and comes in nice beachy and feminine colors. Earthstones made shell and pearl earrings and Glam Affair made this lovely Roza skin.

Collabor88 is a virtual smorgasbord of wonder this month… there are SO many wonderful things.

I am also wearing new mesh hair from Dela. Shoes from N-Core and these poses are from Glitterati that come with the newest version of the Tillie Photo Hud and you will save yourself 200L if you get it at One Voice.

Recently Lelutka has released some new hairs and above is the Editorial Hair and Scarf. The scarf is sold separately but you do get three of them in the pack. I love the scarfs with this hair for a sexy wind blown elemental look.

Yay, it’s me and my alt up there. I wanted to show the lovely skins from Glam Affair. The light skin is from the Dressing room for a mere 70L’s this week and the Dark skin is 10L in the Platinum hunt. So for a mere 80L total you could have two really cool skins to use in pictures or even everyday use if you are so bold. Either way.. a great deal.

Jadis 2 is a Glam Affair

Glam Affair is no stranger when it comes to making gorgeously touchable skin.

My first thought when I put on this skin is “striking”. I like the fine attention to detail and the underlining speckled freckles dusting the cheeks as a sweet afterthought. The lips are bold and marvelous and seemingly quite different from the first Jadis. They seem more life like to me and more compelling. I like the different choices of make up too. With each skin Aida Ewing perfects her craft more and more.

Below I have a small sampling of makeup in each tone from the lightest shade to the darkest. It goes Light, Natural, Medium Tan, Tan, and Dark.

I am also wearing brand new hair from Lelutka called “Office”. My dress is by Malt and is called “Ready to Mingle”. All poses are by Glitterati. The skin is of course by Glam Affair in Jadis 2.

shag + sweetest goodbye

One of my favorite places to take photos in second life is Port Innsmouth. I wanted to do a quick post to remind you about the sale at Sweetest Goodbye, unfortunately they are leaving SL but now they are having a sale and everything is 50 percent off and it is all high quality stuff.

The hair is from Shag, which is new at hair fair called “Bombshell” and I love this style it is one of my favorites at hair fair. I had meant to pick it up but magically I received it today for being a part of the Shag hair contest that had just ended before hair fair. I love this style. My skin is from Pink Fuel called Elly in the honey tone worn with Cherry lips. Seriously one of the best skin deals around right now because you get two eye makeups, a pack of lip glosses, brow options and a beautiful skin for only 900L. My pose today is from Glitterati.
