Uber opened yesterday and I went and did a little bit of shopping. My eyes first went to this dress and jewelry set from League. I also picked up these shoes at Uber from Fri.day and this Hair from Truth (also at Uber)
My skin is the Sia II skin from Glam Affair. I took a photo to show all of the makeups for the tone I wear which is Asia.

I spent about an hour this afternoon walking around Kaelyn Alecto’s “It starts with a smile” sim and it’s notable to mention that she is also having a photo contest at her newly made over sim!

I’ve really been enjoying my visits to Small Town Green. I decided to pair these warm and fluffy boots from League which you can buy tomorrow at Shoetopia with some Collabor88 finds for my look today.

I could write a really long post telling you all the reasons why you should check out the Inkwell, but I’m hoping that you will just go and check it out and see all the awesomeness it beholds. Maribel Button already wrote a fabulous article complete with interview of Jennifer Python and Jessyca Teardrop and you should read it to learn more!
I tried to take as many pictures as possible to show you the awesomeness but as I was talking to Jennifer Python in an IM on Skype.. she asked me if I looked around the back and something about a waterfall.. so literally you could walk around and take pictures of the Inkwell and still find things to be excited about. I have to go back and find that waterfall! To me places like these are a nod to my early twenties spent in places like this on open mic night scribbling out my napkin poems and hoping that one cute girl would notice me.
I’ve tried to pack as much awesomeness as I could into one post but really, you are just gonna have to go see it in world. There is an event tonight at 6SLT. If you like live music, games or just a really kick ass DJ this is definitely the place for you.

Curio’s Gala Phoenix is currently in the midst of legal issues which have resulted in her content being removed from the grid, pending the outcome of her legal battle. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) process in Second Life requires that when there is legal action taken against your content, Linden Lab will remove it from the grid until a ruling is made. Gala’s fellow content creators have come together to host a fundraiser to help with the enormous amount of legal fees she will have to bare in order to fight these baseless claims.
The fundraiser will be held from July 9-15, with a blogger preview on July 8th.
Some participants include Flowey, BareRose, Black Lace, Belleza, Ingenue, Laq, Luck Inc, One Bad Pixel, Gos, Truth, Bent, Fawn, Cupcake, evolve, Glam Affair, ely, Lassitude & Ennui, Zanzibar, Adorkable, Ikon, League and many more.
This fundraiser is not only to help Gala Phoenix, but to also take a stand for the community of content creators, for many of whom SL is their main source of income. This could happen to any one of us, and it’s necessary that we stand up and fight back to ensure that it doesn’t.

A single skin preview of what is to come from League, one of my favorite skin places is this skin called Isla.. with a smokey dark eye. One thing that I find particularly pretty are the eyes on this skin and the little bit of painted lash. The nose seems a bit different and the lips are as lovely as ever.. I am very excited for the full release of this skin whenever it comes out.
This beautiful mesh dress is from Ison. The hair is from Lamb. The eyes are from Ikon. My poses are from !bang, and the house in the background is the newest sweet little cottage from Funky Junk. I have a bit of a rave. A new store opened recently from some not so new people in SL. One Bad Pixel is a brand new mesh store and is a collaboration between Siddean Munro of SLink and Sachi Vixen of Adam and Eve and it is a partnership made in SL Heaven.
This slightly cute but naughty little mini is one of my new favorites. The Baby Tux set has three pieces. A mini dress, and a bra and panty set and it it is adorable and you can even have the option of bows or no bows and of course I went with the bows!
I love the bum on the panties and when you bend over in them you get panty not awkward unflattering material. Mesh is nice for your bum and these are no exception. I love the store and think that everything that I’ve seen so far is adorable and it fits in standard sizing.
My hair is from D!va, my jewelry is from Mandala and my skin is Jen from League in natural. My poses in this post are various and unfortunately I did not write them down.
Both Celoe and Mandala have come out recently with some gorgeous mesh pieces that have caught my eye. The corset is dreamy and reminds me of a rl corset that I have owned and the pants are lovely and feminine.
Recently Exile also released some new and gorgeous mesh hair and this is one of the newest that I have on. The mesh jewelry and Mandala is worth it and you should go pick some new jewelry out for yourself.
