Glam Affair – Amberly Contest

So I’m not sure if you know but there is a contest going on brought you by Glam Affair and you have until March 15th to submit your head shot of yourself in Amberly for a chance at some amazing prizes. Not only will Miss Aida Ewing take your photo you will be the face of a new skin and have a chance to win one of three linden prizes!

Wanna know the rules?
1) The image(s) must be a new image showing the avatar face close-up wearing the Amberly skin in your favorite tone and makeup.
2) Two images per avatar are allowed to be submitted.
3) The model and the author of the image(s) must be the same person.
4) No special editions (Collabor88, Fameshed, TDR etc.) of Amberly skin are allowed.
5) Morphed images will not be allowed (meaning do not photosource any real life facial features onto your image), in addition, images where the skin features are heavily photo shopped to render the skin unrecognizable overall will be removed from consideration.
6) The image(s) size must be a minimum of 1500h x 900w pixel. Any other sized images will be removed from consideration

Amberly Petal Collaboration w/ Dead Apples

Yesterday, Glam Affair released a version of Amberly in a really lovely “Petal” Skin tone with some brand new makeups that are from Dead Apples.

This is a joint collaboration between Glam Affair who did the skin and Dead Apples that did the Make ups for the skins, there are 11 makeups in total and they are all really unique and artistic.

I am also wearing one of the Glam Affair Peter Pan collars from this months Fameshed, hair from Truth and Eyes from Dead Apples.

PXL Skins bring us Kate

The gorgeous and long awaited “Kate” skin brought to us by Mister Hart Larrson of PXL Skins has been out for almost a week now and I was lucky enough to get my hands on the lightest tone to show off some of my favorite makeups.

What I like about this skin the most is the ability to add extras. Extra freckles, different cleavage layers. Make up layers that you can put together for totally unique combinations. I love the glossy version of the lips, to me that is a nice option to have.

Kate is available in six skin tones: Pale, Natural, Sunkissed, LightTan, Tan and Dark.

Each tone has a skin base with all options: three breast cleavages three eyebrow styles, freckles on face and on full body (using an included tattoo layer) two different hair styles on tattoo layer 2 different lips, normal and glossy In addition to the skin base there are eleven lipstick colors (normal+ gloss in each color pack) and fifteen eyes makeups.

I am also wearing Shag hair that is for 50L at the Euphoria sale where there are a bunch of things marked in pink bags to 50L. Lingerie from Boom for April’s Collabor88 which is coming tomorrow and shoes from N-core. My jewelry is from Je Suis. My poses in this post are from Adorkable.

Aura’s Briar Skin

I’ve been working on this skin post all morning. It’s been a welcome distraction because my heart is a mess right now. This skin made me smile though, funny enough. It is a brand new skin line from Tyr Rozenblum of Aura.

To me this is the best of her best skins so far. I love the makeups and tones and photographed some of my favorites for this post. There are a literally a ton of make up options.. something like 16 eye options and 6 lips options and in five tones.. the possibilities for combinations are seemingly endless. This skin is seriously gorgeous and I think you should go check it out now!

I am also wearing brand new gloves from Sienia Trevellion of Lark! You can go pick up some for Super Bargain Saturday for cheap and I matched them up with some socks from her Gacha at the Seasons Gatcha. My lingerie for this post is from D. Select and my poses are varied. I was a picture taking fool this morning so I’m sorry about that.
