The Astoria Home from Funky Junk @ the SL Home and Garden Expo

astoria1

This house, the Astoria by Ulaa Coronet is soon to be mine and the girls future home and when I have it all decorated I will do another post featuring this lovely home but as the Expo closes on June the 3rd I wanted to get this first post up!

The Astoria Home is also partial mesh and has four bedrooms, one bath, a utility room, kitchen, dining room, and is only 212 LI. It will be a great home for us, and there are really cute details about the house too and one of my favorite parts of Ulaa’s houses are the balcony, and this particular house has a really cute baby blue and white checkered floor that I like. Also, this house has a really nice uncomplicated floor plan and a lot of room so you don’t feel claustrophobic like I do in some houses. It is nice breezy and perfect for summers and by the water.

You can see this home in world here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/HOME%20EXPO%202/78/145/23

Funky Junk – Hillsborough House @ The SL Home and Garden Expo

funkyjunk

These next two posts that I’m going to do because I wanted to break them up are of the new houses that are available from Funky Junk by Ulaa Coronet. The Hillsborough Home is Partial mesh with two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and dining space with living room.
It is 362 prims.

This home is beautiful, as of all the homes that Ulaa Makes. They are homes that you can really liven up and make yours and you can have a small family in this one too. The only tiny complaint about this house is that I wish it had an extra bedroom so I could move into with my girls right now! The Expo closes on June the third, so you still have some time to check out this beautiful house.

You can check it out here at the SL Home and Garden Expo http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/HOME%20EXPO%202/78/145/23

The Hathaway Dress from coldLogic

Every time coldLogic makes a new release it’s a sure thing that I’m going to buy at least something, as they are just that kind of store for me.. and the newest releases of dresses were no exception. They are all beautiful and you should go check em out!

The jewelry in this post comes from Mandala and the hair from Exile. The furniture in the background is from What Next and the house is from Funky Junk which are both my current living room. The Poses in this post are from Collabor88 made by the store Marukin. My skin is from Belleza, the Lily v1.. I felt had the perfect warmth for this outfit.

Almost done with my SL house – as a very special kiddo has come to be my daughter… Miss Tilly Faye Olivier who is an aspiring blogger/fashionista herself who will soon be starting Edgewood Prep. The little one in the photo is my grandchild Ayamemei. Both have brought countless hours of joy to my sl as of recently and my heart is happy. I’m sure that there will be more to come.

League’s Isla at Skin Addictions Skin Showcase Event

A single skin preview of what is to come from League, one of my favorite skin places is this skin called Isla.. with a smokey dark eye. One thing that I find particularly pretty are the eyes on this skin and the little bit of painted lash. The nose seems a bit different and the lips are as lovely as ever.. I am very excited for the full release of this skin whenever it comes out.

This beautiful mesh dress is from Ison. The hair is from Lamb. The eyes are from Ikon. My poses are from !bang, and the house in the background is the newest sweet little cottage from Funky Junk. My mesh nails are from Leverocci and of course you can get the skin at the Skin Addiction Skin Showcase until June the tenth. For more information on the event go here.

Cuteness at the Vintage Fair!

Just something quick and cute I picked up at the vintage fair before I go to a birthday party in RL. Most of these items are new to me.. and it’s nice to see newer things and try them out sometime.

Vintage Lounging

Good.. morning.. err I mean afternoon.. I can’t seem to get my bum up off of this new release from Lost Angel Industries new to the Vintage Fair today. The Vintage Lounge Solo comes with ten different sultry poses for you to drape, shiver and stretch all over. The textures on this are gorgeous and it really is a must have for photographers and beauty admirers alike.

While we are on the topic of the Vintage Fair.. I have found some more lovely things to show. The hair that I am wearing is new from Ploom, called Mimi. Very, very adorable style. I love the HUD that comes with the hair. It’s easy to change between the colors that are in the pack and you can add streaks! I love the little curl resting on the side of my face here. My Lingerie is from D.Select. I get excited when I see new D.Select stuff so I had to pick this up too. My shoes are the Glitter shoes from N-Core.

The Necklace and earring set comes from Donna Flora and is called “Silvia” It is a beautiful and bold set making me remember the saying “diamonds are a girls best friend…” The HUD also comes with many jewel options. Gawgeous, darling.

The house and walls in my background is the Odette house made by Funky Junk.. seriously one of the best houses that I have bought and there is a new house called the Pasadena house at the fair from Funky Junk worthy of checking out!

Remember, The Vintage Fair opens today at Four SLT.
