This year’s Skin Fair brings many new skin’s and designers fresh to the grid, however for the last few years now I’ve tried on skins from time to time but Glam Affair skin is my favorite on the grid. It just suits me. I don’t like messing with a good thing and with each new skin release I fall more and more in love.
The Romy skin is no exception. It’s named after a very dear friend of mine so perhaps that makes it even more special and another thing that makes this skin special is the fact that it has so many layers. Remember those “Choose your own adventure” books when you were a kid? Well this skin is kinda like that too.
Let me tell you about all of the options you can get for this:
Skin Tones:
Artic, Europa, Asia, America, Jamaica, India and Africa
Eyes:
Six Color Line
Six Dark Line
Six Light Line
Lips:
Seven Lip Glosses
Ten Lipsticks in the Goddess Pack
Ten Lipsticks in the Flower Pack
Ten Lipsticks in the Temptation Back
Cheeks:
Five Cheek Styles
Brows:
Six Eyebrow Options
Freckles and Moles:
Nine Different Freckle and Mole Options
What I did for the purposes of this post was used different layers to create different looks.
You start with a base, you pick from six different eyebrows and then I moved on to freckles or cheeks.. I didn’t feel the need for both and Linden Lab only gives you so many options for that anyhow.. and then it was fun to choose between the different types of liners.
There are I think almost 40 different lip options (there are also lip bases) that you can wear. There are many eye options as well, and then you still have five different noses.
This skin is gorgeous and it’s fun to play around and create different make up styles.. like in RL and you can really specify the look that you are going for with this massive choice in layers options. Glam Affair will be on Sim 2 in one of the larger shops near the landing point.
