New from Baiastice

dress

Dear Baiastice,
You sure do know how to make a beautiful dress. In fact there are three new party dresses at Baiastice so you will have to go and see for yourself the other two! Anyhow, I got many compliments on this dress when I wore it out and I felt amazing in it. There are many colors as well. Sissy Pessoa, you are making some beautiful mesh, please never stop!

My Hair is from Boon, and it is newer. I love Boon’s updo’s so much. I am also wearing Jewelry from Mandala and skin from Glam Affair. My poses in this post are from Adorkable.

Baiastice warms up Culture Shock

Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice is perhaps one of the sweetest creators in Second Life.

I always see her items at these events for charities and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to her a few times and you can just tell that she is a good person with a great heart. She is one of the designers that I personally look up to in Second Life with her wide, wide range of creative and stunning products. She is a class act all the way. She just seems to always come out with something new and innovative and her designs are breathtakingly gorgeous that evolve as we evolve in Second Life. I have a deep respect and admiration for her.

But fangirling aside this dress speaks for itself. It comes with several options and sizes and one of the skirt options comes with an AO and the pose that I used in this photo is from the AO in the skirt.

This particular color if you purchase it also donates half of the proceeds to Médecins Sans Frontières or Doctors without Borders which is such a worthwhile cause and I’m happy to see that the donation items are going to such a cause. As a shopper its nice to see products that if I purchase them part of it goes to a worthwhile charity. Culture Shock runs from May 1st – May 22nd so do plan on checking it out for this dress and many other lovely creations.

Perfect Pearls Make the Dress

Ms. Jori Walter creator of MOOD Jewelry makes jewelry in Second Life that looks like stuff I’d wear in Real Life. The feel is realistic. The quality and textures are unmatched and to me when I see her jewelry in photos it sorta jumps off the page.

I really do love this set in my photos. It is the Madame Royale set in Cream. In the past I have not been much of a Jewelry person in SL.. it’s normally hard for me to finangle prims and what not but her jewelry is easy for me to adjust and is a stunning compliment to any ensemble. I love pearls, Real life and now in Second life.. this is truly a lovely and well made set. Just look at the lily.

I have chosen to wear the new Jacklin dress from the ever classic and timeless Baiastice who really lately has been putting out so much wonderful stuff lately it’s hard to keep up! If you have not been there in awhile it might be time to check them out again. The gowns that Sissy Pessoa makes are flawless. I like that this one is not full length, and just look at the back. Delicate, and lovely!

For shoes I am wearing Maitreya’s Allure, Skin is PXL Creations Linda.. and let me just say.. it’s gorgeous! I am also wearing hair from Elikatira which is fast becoming a staple in my inventory. Poses in this post are from Glitterati.

Baiastice Fall 2010

“In you I see dirty
In you I count stars
In you I feel so pretty
In you I taste god
In you I feel so hungry
In you I crash cars
We must never be apart

Drinking mercury
To the mystery of all that you should ever seem to find
Lovely girl you’re the murder in my world
Dressing coffins for the souls I’ve left behind
In time
We must never be apart”

Baiastice Elegance

She is neither pink nor pale,
And she never will be all mine;
She learned her hands in a fairy-tale,
And her mouth on a valentine.

She has more hair than she needs; 5
In the sun ’tis a woe to me!
And her voice is a string of colored beads,
Or steps leading into the sea.

She loves me all that she can,
And her ways to my ways resign; 10
But she was not made for any man,
And she never will be all mine

Edna St. Vincent Millay

Everything that I am wearing is from Baiastice.. Hair, Dress and Skin.

Simply beautiful.

Baiastice dresses you like a princess this fall!

I will be featuring my favorite outfits from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice. She has recently released the first part of her fall collection for 2010 and the pieces that I have picked to show and sumptious and elegant & absolutely fit for a princess. This dress is no expection to that. From the moment that I put it on.. I was wrapped into a feeling of pure royalty. It is really a fall “must have”.

I found the hair in the Seasons hunt that is going on if you want to see every single item to be found in the Seasons hunt @ the Rumor has it up for you to browse.. So go check it out.
